ณัฐกิจ สุสัณฐิตานนท์ (“เรา” หรือ “ผู้พัฒนา”) เป็นผู้พัฒนาแอปพลิเคชัน “ม๋าใบ้คำ” (Ma Charades) บน iOS และ Android (“แอป”) ซึ่งเป็นแอปที่ดาวน์โหลดและเล่นได้ฟรี

นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายว่าแอปเก็บข้อมูลอะไรเกี่ยวกับคุณ นำไปใช้อย่างไร ส่งต่อให้ใคร และคุณมีสิทธิอะไรบ้างเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลของคุณ

ข้อมูลที่เก็บ

ข้อมูลที่เก็บโดยอัตโนมัติ

• ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์ เช่น รุ่นอุปกรณ์ ระบบปฏิบัติการ ภาษา และเวอร์ชันของแอป
• ตัวระบุ เช่น IP address, ตัวระบุของแอปที่สุ่มขึ้นสำหรับการติดตั้งแต่ละครั้ง และ Advertising ID (IDFA บน iOS เมื่อคุณอนุญาตเท่านั้น หรือ Advertising ID บน Android)
• ตำแหน่งโดยประมาณระดับประเทศหรือเมือง ซึ่งคำนวณจาก IP address (แอปไม่ขอใช้ GPS)
• การใช้งานในแอป เช่น เกมที่เลือกเล่น เวลาที่ตั้ง จำนวนคำที่ทายถูก ภาษาที่เลือก และการเห็นหรือแตะโฆษณา

ข้อมูลที่คุณสร้างในแอป

• เกมของฉัน: ชื่อเกม รายการคำ และรูปปกที่คุณเลือก เก็บไว้ในเครื่องของคุณเท่านั้น และไม่ถูกอัปโหลด ยกเว้นชื่อเกมและจำนวนคำ ซึ่งเราส่งไปยัง Firebase Analytics ครั้งเดียวเมื่อสร้างเกมใหม่ เพื่อดูว่าผู้เล่นอยากเล่นหัวข้ออะไร และนำไปทำเกมใหม่ในแอป รายการคำและรูปปกไม่ถูกส่งออกจากเครื่อง
• รูปภาพ: แอปใช้ตัวเลือกรูปภาพของระบบ ซึ่งให้แอปเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะรูปที่คุณเลือก โดยไม่ต้องขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึงคลังรูปภาพทั้งหมด
• สร้างคำด้วย AI: แอปไม่ได้เรียกใช้บริการ AI ใดๆ ปุ่มนี้เพียงคัดลอกคำสั่งไปยังคลิปบอร์ด หากคุณนำไปวางในแอป AI อื่น ข้อมูลนั้นจะอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายของแอปนั้น

เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่ออะไร

• แสดงโฆษณา ซึ่งทำให้แอปเล่นได้ฟรี และวัดผลโฆษณา
• ดำเนินการและกู้คืนการซื้อ “ไม่มีโฆษณา”
• ทำความเข้าใจว่าผู้เล่นใช้แอปอย่างไร เพื่อปรับปรุงเกมและเพิ่มเกมใหม่
• ปรับการตั้งค่าของแอปจากระยะไกลและทดสอบรูปแบบต่างๆ เช่น ความถี่ในการแสดงโฆษณา
• ค้นหาและแก้ไขข้อขัดข้องและปัญหาด้านประสิทธิภาพ

การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

เราไม่มีเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราเองที่เก็บข้อมูลของคุณ ข้อมูลถูกเก็บโดยผู้ให้บริการข้างต้น และลบตามระยะเวลาที่ตั้งไว้ในบริการนั้น เช่น Crashlytics เก็บรายงานข้อขัดข้องไว้ 90 วัน ข้อมูลในเครื่อง รวมถึงเกมที่คุณสร้าง จะถูกลบเมื่อคุณลบแอป

ตัวเลือกและสิทธิของคุณ

• iOS: แอปจะถามก่อนใช้ Advertising ID เพื่อแสดงโฆษณาส่วนบุคคล คุณเปลี่ยนคำตอบได้ทุกเมื่อที่ การตั้งค่า > ความเป็นส่วนตัวและความปลอดภัย > การติดตาม
• Android: คุณรีเซ็ตหรือลบ Advertising ID ได้ที่ การตั้งค่า > ความเป็นส่วนตัว > โฆษณา (ชื่อเมนูอาจต่างกันในแต่ละรุ่น)
• ตั้งค่าโฆษณาส่วนบุคคลของ Google ได้ที่ adssettings.google.com
• ซื้อ “ไม่มีโฆษณา” เพื่อหยุดแสดงโฆษณาในแอป
• ตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ หรือคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลของคุณ เนื่องจากเราไม่รู้ว่าคุณเป็นใคร โปรดแจ้งรายละเอียดอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้เมื่อติดต่อเรา เพื่อให้เราช่วยได้

Natthakit Susanthitanon (“we” or “the developer”) makes Ma Charades (ม๋าใบ้คำ), a free-to-play app for iOS and Android (“the app”).

This policy explains what the app collects about you, how it is used, who it is shared with, and what choices you have.

In short

• The app has no accounts. We never ask for your name, email, or phone number.
• The games you make and their cover photos stay on your device.
• We use Google (AdMob and Firebase) and RevenueCat to show ads, handle in-app purchases, and improve the app. These services collect some device and usage data.
• We do not sell your personal data.

What we collect

Collected automatically

• Device information, such as device model, operating system, language, and app version.
• Identifiers, such as IP address, a random app ID for each install, and the advertising ID (the IDFA on iOS, only if you allow it, or the Android advertising ID).
• Approximate location at country or city level, derived from your IP address. The app never uses GPS.
• How you use the app, such as which games you play, the time you set, how many words you guess, the language you pick, and ad views and taps.
• Crash reports and performance data, such as app start time and the app's state when an error happens.
• Whether you bought Remove Ads, and your in-app purchase history.

What you create in the app

• My games: the name, word list, and cover photo of a game you make are stored only on your device and never uploaded, except the game name and word count, which we send to Firebase Analytics once when you create a game, to learn which topics players want and make new games for the app. The words and the photo never leave your device.
• Photos: the app uses the system photo picker, which gives it only the photo you choose, without access to your whole library.
• Generate with AI: the app makes no AI requests. The button copies a prompt to your clipboard. If you paste it into another AI app, that app's policy applies.

How we use it

• To show ads, which keep the app free, and measure them.
• To process and restore the Remove Ads purchase.
• To understand how the app is played, so we can improve it and add new games.
• To change app settings remotely and test variations, such as how often ads show.
• To find and fix crashes and performance problems.

The data above is collected and processed by these providers, under their own privacy policies.

These providers may process data on servers outside Thailand, such as in the United States.

How long we keep it

We run no servers of our own that store your data. The providers above keep it and delete it on their own schedules. For example, Crashlytics keeps crash reports for 90 days. Data on your device, including the games you make, is deleted when you delete the app.

Your choices and rights

• iOS: the app asks before using your advertising ID for personalized ads. Change your answer any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Android: reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads (names vary by device).
• Manage Google's personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
• Buy Remove Ads to stop ads in the app.
• Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and similar laws, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to its processing. We don't know who you are, so tell us about your device when you contact us so we can help.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent and think your child has given us data, contact us.

macharades.com uses no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app or the law changes. We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
